How quickly can you provide staff?+

For daily supply, often the same morning. Because we understand your expectations in advance, we can respond quickly when cover is needed.

What checks do candidates complete?+

Identity, right-to-work, enhanced DBS, Children’s Barred List, references, qualifications, TRA checks and more. Every educator is fully cleared before working.

Do you provide daily, long-term and permanent staff?+

Yes. Daily supply, long-term roles from a few weeks to a full year, permanent appointments and bespoke recruitment support.

What happens if a placement is not successful?+

We tell you honestly, take responsibility and work with you to put it right. No excuses.

Can we meet candidates before booking them?+

Of course. We encourage trial days and interviews so you can be confident in every match.

Do schools have to use the GCA framework?+

It is strongly recommended by the Department for Education and is becoming an expected route under the Academy Trust Handbook. Many trusts now require it for compliance and consistency.

Does using the framework limit our choice of agency?+

No. The framework gives you access to a selection of approved agencies, ensuring quality and compliance while leaving you free to choose who you work with.

Is it complicated to switch to a framework agency?+

Not at all. We will guide you through it and help ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to your school.
